Escort Monitoring Systems have implemented a feature for mathematical calibration, which reduces the calibration time to approximately 15 minutes.
Mathematical calibration in the Escort Configurator app

Tank calibration is typically the most time-consuming part of fuel level sensor installation. As such, the Escort team is pleased to introduce a Mathematical Calibration feature. This can now be found within the Escort Configurator app.
This feature enables users to simply choose the tank type, enter relevant dimensions and sensor details, and the app handles the creation of the tank calibration table. It is important to measure the dimensions of the fuel tank and the length of the measurement tube as accurately as possible to get a correct tank calibration table.
The Mathematical Calibration currently supports three tank types:
- a tank in the form of a parallelepiped
- a cylindrical container with flat bottoms
- a cylindrical container with torispherical bottoms

Guide how to use Mathematical Calibration in the app
Escort Monitoring System’s goal is to remain true to its commitment to innovation, and leveraging the power of IoT solutions – all this is to make things easier for customers. The Escort Configurator app is one of the most user-friendly on the market. It has an intuitive interface and a flexible set of basic and advanced functions.
No less useful is the “Black Box” function. Thanks to it, you can always download the readings that the sensor was recording every 2 minutes over the course of the last 30 days using our app and connecting the sensor via Bluetooth to your smartphone.
